How long does a registration take?
Standard cases are usually done within six days of us receiving complete paperwork, and often the same week. Out-of-state titles, lienholder releases and missing documents add time, which is why we review everything before filing rather than after.
What if I'm missing paperwork?
Tell us what you have and we'll tell you what's missing and how to get it. Most gaps are a bill of sale, a title release from a lender, or proof of insurance, and we'll point you to the exact form. We don't file anything until the file is complete.
Do you work with dealers and fleets?
Yes. We handle dealer and transporter plates, commercial registrations, bulk renewals and scheduled pickups. Fleet accounts get a named contact and a monthly report of what's registered, what's expiring and what's outstanding.
What will it cost in total?
Our service fee is $129 for a standard registration and $189 for complex or out-of-state cases. On top of that you pay Rhode Island's own fees and sales tax, which depend on the vehicle and are passed through at cost. Your quote lists all of it separately before you commit.
Do I need to hand over my car?
No. Registration is a paperwork process, so we only need documents and signatures. If your vehicle needs a state inspection, that's done at a licensed station and we'll tell you when it applies.
